Sean Whelan founded the company in 1995 and became Incorporated in 2005. He emigrated to Boston from Ireland in 1992 where he had been working in his family owned-and-operated stone masonry construction business. Taking masonry buildings apart and putting them back together using the existing characteristics, features and components just comes naturally to him. This is what he had done in Ireland growing up!
Over the years our company has completed a vast variety of projects from brick stairs to 280 unit condominium complex restoration and waterproofing projects.
Ultimately our goal is to create high quality water tight buildings appropriate to their climate, while at the same time being extremely functional and preserving the historical characteristics of all buildings.
We offer a wide range of Masonry and Waterproofing Services - from planning and water testing, leak surveys through design and construction documents to on-site inspection.
